About me

I was born in Montreal, Qc as the youngest of four daughters; I work as a Holistic Food and LIfestyle Coach and Health Educator. These are the things I love: Local farmer's markets, teaching people about how easy it is to have a balanced relationship with food and their body, playing guitar, practicing yoga, going to concerts, lying in hammocks in the shade reading a good book. I developed and lead interactive and informative workshops in elementary and high schools in Montreal. I speak to students, teachers and community members about how they can make small step by step changes to live a balanced, nutritious and healthy life both at home and in school. I have also led workshops by video conference to remote areas of Quebec where they do not have access to healthy foods.

I work with clients privately to help them have more natural energy without depending on coffee and sugar,

My long term goal is to implement comprehensive school health program around Canada, empowering youth to be advocates for their own communities and families. I would like to see more farm to school programs in Canada, and challenge the goverment to support its local farmers by encouraging these practices, rather than making deals with large corporations who do not have childrens’ health in mind. I am interested in starting a non- profit organization similar to the Food Project in Boston, and Food Share in Toronto. My mission is to make healthy living accessible to all people- regardless of age, ethnicity or financial circumstances. (www.tastylife.org)
