I run Cambium, a consulting firm focused on engaging customers and employees and building an infrastructure that can support those efforts sustainably. We operate from a view of organizations as living systems. I am an American living in Montreal. I've lived in 20 or so cities, including Moscow, Paris, London and a small town in Scotland.
